Cool Dynamic offers four types of Service Contract:
- Service Agreement 1:
On-demand Service, which is ordered and billed on a preferential basis, using purchase orders rather than a formal contract. There are no annual fees. - Service Agreement 2:
Global Service Coordination: An allocation contract provides specific work reports and scheduling positions of Service work for fleets that use the company’s Global Service solely or primarily for their service with worldwide missions. All jobs are allocated via purchase orders and invoiced separately. There are no annual fees. - Service Agreement 3:
Agreements based on Shore Maintenance: The company offers customers a special 3-year Shore Maintenance (SBM) with a certificate for a certain amount of money. The SBM contract can be extended to cover the cost of the annual contract, increasing the contract price to a higher amount (additional travel charges may apply). - Service Agreement 4:
Fixed Price Maintenance & Repair Contract which covers all onboard work, local time travel times and kilometers and Spares involved in the repair and maintenance of bridge electronic equipment. This contract also includes the annual performance check and overhaul (according to the manufacturer’s recommendations). The duration of this contract is normally two years.
